4. Orders, Acceptance & Cancellation

●     Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. ALPHAFEM reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

●     Orders may be cancelled before dispatch as per our Cancellation Policy.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

●     Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics or external factors.

●     ALPHAFEM is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or force majeure circumstances.

 

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by the Returns & Refund Policy available on our website and form an integral part of these Terms.

For international customers, these Terms shall be governed by Indian law, and users agree that ALPHAFEM may designate an appropriate jurisdiction in India for dispute resolution, subject to applicable conflict-of-law principles.

 

13. Force Majeure

ALPHAFEM shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, fires, floods, earthquakes, war, terrorism, riots, civil unrest, governmental orders, trade restrictions, strikes, labour disputes, supply chain disruptions, power failures, internet or telecommunications failures, or logistics and courier disruptions ("Force Majeure Event").

During the continuance of a Force Majeure Event, ALPHAFEM’s obligations shall be suspended to the extent affected. ALPHAFEM shall use reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as practicable.

14. Amendments

ALPHAFEM reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
