ALPHAFEM Returns & Refund Policy
ALPHAFEM is committed to delivering high-quality, performance-driven apparel for women. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, or refunds may be accepted, in compliance with Indian consumer protection laws.
1. Returns Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery only if:
● The product is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly delivered.
● The product is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in original packaging with tags and hygiene seals intact.
Hygiene Notice: Due to health and safety reasons, intimate apparel (including innerwear, underpants, base layers, and sports bras) is non-returnable and non-exchangeable once opened or tried, unless a manufacturing defect is identified.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
● Worn, washed, or altered products
● Innerwear or intimate apparel without intact hygiene seals
● Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
● Clearance, sale, or Final Sale items
● Customised or made-to-order products
● Gift cards or store credits
3. How to Raise a Return Request
Email info.alphafem@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:
● Order ID
● Product details
● Clear images/videos of the issue
Requests are reviewed within 2–3 business days. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
4. Shipping & Inspection
● If the issue is due to our error (defect, damage, or wrong item), ALPHAFEM will bear the return shipping cost.
● All returns are subject to quality inspection upon receipt.
● Returns failing inspection may be rejected and sent back at the customer’s cost.
5. Refunds
● Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
● Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
● Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to ALPHAFEM’s error.
In certain cases, refunds may be issued as store credit, in line with applicable laws.
6. Exchanges
● Exchanges are allowed for eligible products, subject to stock availability.
● If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.
7. Order Cancellations
● Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
● Cancellation is not possible once the order has been shipped.
8. Legal Compliance
This policy is framed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable E-commerce Rules, 2020. Nothing in this policy limits a consumer’s statutory rights.
