ALPHAFEM is a direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered within India and internationally. This policy should be read together with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

 

1. Order Processing

     Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

     Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

     Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/message with tracking details.

 

2. Domestic Shipping (India)

     We ship across India through trusted courier partners.

     Estimated delivery timelines:

     Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

     Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

     Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or operational constraints.

3. International Shipping

     ALPHAFEM ships internationally to select countries.

     Estimated delivery timelines: 7–15 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

     International deliveries may experience delays due to customs inspections, local regulations, or courier partner issues.

 

 

 

 

4. Shipping Charges

     Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery location, order value, and package weight.

     Any applicable free-shipping promotions will be clearly mentioned on the website and are subject to offer terms.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

     International orders may attract customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local levies, as per destination country laws.

     These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and must be paid by the customer.

     Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable, even if the order is refused or returned.

     ALPHAFEM is not responsible for delays, holds, or non-delivery caused by customs authorities or unpaid duties.

6. Address Accuracy

     Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping details at checkout.

     ALPHAFEM is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

     Any additional shipping or re-dispatch costs arising from address errors will be borne by the customer.

7. Delays & Force Majeure

Delivery timelines may be affected due to circumstances beyond ALPHAFEM’s control, including but not limited to:

     Natural disasters or extreme weather

     Government actions or regulatory restrictions

     Customs delays

     Strikes or transport disruptions

     Pandemic-related or public health emergencies

     Courier partner operational issues

ALPHAFEM shall not be liable for delays or non-delivery caused by such events.

 

 

 

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

     Customers must report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.

     To be eligible for a replacement or refund, customers must share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging as requested by our support team.

     Claims raised after this period may not be accepted, in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

9. Returns, Reverse Pickups & Shipping Costs

     Returns are accepted only for eligible products, as defined in the Returns & Refunds Policy.

     Due to the nature of intimate and technical apparel, certain products may be non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

     Where returns are approved:

     Reverse pickup will be arranged by ALPHAFEM, subject to serviceability.

     If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be asked to self-ship the product, with reimbursement handled as per the Returns Policy.

     Shipping charges (original or return) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a confirmed manufacturing defect or incorrect shipment by ALPHAFEM.

10. Undelivered, Refused, or Returned-to-Origin (RTO) Orders

     Orders that are refused, unclaimed, or returned to origin due to customer-related reasons (incorrect address, non-availability, unpaid customs duties) are not eligible for shipping refunds.

     Any re-shipment will be subject to additional shipping charges.

     Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting shipping, handling, and return charges, in accordance with the Returns & Refunds Policy.
