About Our Products

What products does ALPHAFEM sell? ALPHAFEM designs women's full-sleeve riding jerseys made from premium moisture-wicking polyester. We currently offer 5 designs: Wings for the Road, Wild Currents, Shadow Rhythm, AlphaFem Manifesto, and Bloom Force.

What material are the jerseys made from? Our jerseys are made from 100% stretchable, moisture-wicking polyester. The fabric is lightweight, breathable, and designed to keep you cool and comfortable during long rides.

What type of fit do your jerseys have? Our jerseys have an athletic fit with raglan sleeves. They are designed to sit close to the body for aerodynamics while allowing full arm movement for steering.

Are ALPHAFEM jerseys made specifically for women? Yes. Every ALPHAFEM product is designed from scratch for women's body proportions. We do not adapt men's styles — all our patterns are women-specific.

Are the prints permanent? Will they fade? Our prints use sublimation printing technology, which bonds the ink directly to the fabric fibres. Sublimation prints do not crack, peel, or fade with normal use and proper care.

Sizing

How do I choose the right size? Measure your chest circumference and compare it to our Size Guide. Our jerseys run true to size with an athletic fit.

What sizes are available? We offer XS, S, M, L, XL, and 2XL.

I'm between two sizes — which should I pick? We recommend sizing up if you're between sizes. The jersey will stretch slightly with wear and sizing up ensures comfort on long rides.

Do you offer plus sizes beyond 2XL? We currently go up to 2XL. We're actively working on expanding our size range — follow @alphafem_official for updates.

Shipping & Orders

Do you offer free shipping? Yes! ALPHAFEM offers free shipping on all orders within India.

How long does delivery take? Standard delivery within India takes 5–7 business days. We'll send you a tracking link once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally? Currently, ALPHAFEM ships within India only. International shipping is something we're exploring — stay tuned.

Can I track my order? Yes. You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy? We offer a 7-day exchange and returns policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Can I exchange for a different size? Yes! Size exchanges are our most common request. Contact us within 7 days of delivery via our Returns & Exchanges page.

What if my product arrives damaged? If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately and we'll make it right.

Care & Maintenance

How do I wash my ALPHAFEM jersey? Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent. Do not machine wash, bleach, or tumble dry. Hang dry in shade. This preserves the moisture-wicking properties and print quality.

Can I iron the jersey? Do not iron the printed areas. If necessary, iron inside-out on low heat on the fabric-only areas.
